A sport psychologist relies on the psychological science and evidence in the field of sport, performance, and exercise psychology.

  • How long is a session?

    One-to-one sessions last 50 minutes. Workshops vary in length depending on your needs, the topics being covered and the number of people attending.

  • Do you work with athletes only?

    No! Other types of performers such as dancers, actors, and those working in high pressure jobs can benefit from learning and implementing sport and performance psychology strategies.

  • I'm not a professional athlete - can I still work with a sport psychologist?

    Yes absolutely. There are amateur and recreational athletes absolutely can benefit from working with a sport psychologist too.

  • Do you only practice sport psychology?

    No. I also have extensive experience in wellness consulting. I’m passionate about bringing the evidence and principles of positive psychology, health psychology, and performance psychology into the wellness space to help those looking to promote positive mental health and personal and professional development.

  • How long does it take to see improvements to my performance?

    This is dependent on the difficulties you are currently experiencing as well as your goals, your sporting environment, and consistency with practicing mental skills. Some athletes may experience immediate improvements just from the benefits of talking about what’s going on with a supportive professional, whereas others may need substantial time and practice to see positive developments in their performance and wellbeing.
